If you would like to speak to someone please phone during the following times: –

Mondays       3:30pm to 7pm

Tuesdays      10am to 1pm and 4pm to 7pm

Wednesdays 11am to1pm and 4pm to 6pm

Thursdays     2pm to 4pm and 4pm to 7pm

 What happens next?

• An appointment will be made for an initial interview.
• If we think it helpful and you want to continue, a counsellor will contact you and arrange an appointment. You will then continue to see your counsellor in weekly sessions of 50 minutes.
